All submitted Art work will be automatically accepted in the exhibition and is open to all artists residing in California.

 

All works will be accepted including painting, drawing, pastel, mixed media, collage, sculptures and photography. No Ai submissions allowed, work must not be perishable or dangerous. Must be family friendly content of art. All submitted work must be completed within the past five years. Artwork shall not exceed 36" by 36 '' in any direction for 2D and  and max 25lbs for 3D.  Artwork should be properly wired for hanging, no saw tooth hangers allowed.

Works of art must not have been shown previously in SBAA exhibits. While every reasonable precaution will be taken to protect artwork, the San Bernardino Art Association (SBAA) assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage.

Work submitted must be entrant’s original work. Copied or copyrighted work will not be accepted. Please make sure your art is well photographed and name your files so they include your name and the title of the piece. Digital images should be no smaller than 640 pixels wide. (artist name_work title_year created)

 

Your non-refundable fee of $25 includes entry for up to two pieces and a one year membership to the San Bernardino Art Association (2022-2027). No more than two entries per artist.

Important Dates

• Entry Deadline - August 24th 

• Art Drop Off - September 4th and 5th, 10am to 2pm

• Opening Reception - Saturday September 12th, 4pm to 7pm

• Artwork on Display - September 11th through 26th
  - Friday through Saturday - 12pm to 4pm 

• Art Pick Up - September 29th and 30th, 10am to 2pm (Artwork must be picked up by September 30. SBAA is not responsible for any artwork left after this date.)
